Guidelines
Preparation of Manuscript
All manuscripts submitted for publication must be scholarly articulated, referenced, and thoroughly edited. The maximum length for the manuscript is 8,000 words. A short abstract of 150-250 words, accompanied by 4-5 keywords, should precede the introduction. Contributors must include a separate cover page with their contact details, and the corresponding author of the submitted paper should be clearly indicated. All diagrams, tables, and figures should be included as an appendix at the end of the manuscript. The following structure should be used for the paper:
- Title, abstract, and key words
- Main Body showing subthemes and ending with conclusion and recommendations
- References
- Tables (each table complete with title and footnotes)
- Figure legends
- Appendices (where applicable)
Reference Style
IJEMCE accepts the 7th Edition of American Psychological Association (APA) citation style. Authors are encouraged to refer to the APA guidelines here. Other reference styles may be accepted if applicable to the author’s discipline.
Publication Cost and Method of Payment
Accepted papers will be published online for a discounted charge of 45 USD per article. For authors within Nigeria, the online publication fee is 25,000 Naira. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other acceptable methods.

Single Issue Prices (Institutional):
• Within Africa: 100 USD
• Outside Africa: 160 USD
Single Issue Prices (Individual):
• Within Africa: 80 USD
• Outside Africa: 100 USD
Conflict-of-Interest Statement
Authors are required to declare a conflict-of-interest statement showing areas of potential conflict at the point of submission. If no conflict of interest exists, it should be clearly stated in the No Conflict of Interest Statement.
