• Social Justice and Equity: Analyses addressing inequalities and fostering inclusive practices within public institutions and communities.
• Cross-Cultural and Comparative Studies: Work that highlights differences and commonalities in public management practices across regions.

Submissions outside these themes that align with the journal’s scope are also welcome.
